If your package arrives damaged, take photos immediately and contact us at support@jskix.com within 48 hours of receipt.
In the event of a lost package (not delivered after the maximum indicated time), contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. A resolution (re-shipment or refund) will be offered as soon as possible.

Please ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-deliveries resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.
