2. Refund & Returns Policy
At JSKIX.COM, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following options.
2.1 Return Window
You have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or refund.
2.2 Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
• Item in its original condition, unworn and unwashed
• Original tags and packaging intact
• Shoe box undamaged
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
2.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Items that have been worn, used, or damaged by the customer
• Final sale or clearance items (clearly indicated at time of purchase)
• Personalized or custom-made orders
2.4 Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
• Step 1: Contact our customer service at support@jskix.com with your order number.
• Step 2: We will send you a prepaid return label within 48 business hours.
• Step 3: Carefully pack the item and drop the package off at the designated carrier.
• Step 4: Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days.
2.5 Refunds
Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
2.6 Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a pair for a different size or model, contact us directly. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
